It is simple! There are two ways/options an MDA can procure through supplies branch.
Option 1: (Non-store items)
This method is most suitable for items that would normally not be warehoused and are only procured when need arises.
Download the contract for the item you require from the Supplies Branch website and raise a purchase order directly to the contracted supplier.
Option 2 (store items)
This option is used for store items like stationery, textiles, furniture, toners, tyres e.t.c
